Anwar: Middle East resembles a 'morgue', no immediate political solution in sight


ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim described the situation in the Middle East at the moment as resembling a ‘morgue’ following the absence of a diplomatic solution to the ongoing conflict and atrocities in several parts of the Middle East.

He wondered which Middle East country would be attacked by Israel next, since the regime had already attacked the capital of Lebanon, Beirut and previously the area in southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
