PM: Cultural, environmental aspects vital in hi-tech developments


GEORGE TOWN: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim emphasised on Saturday (June 29) that local environmental and cultural aspects must be considered in the architecture of new hi-tech developments.

The Prime Minister said that while modern technology with impressive infrastructure is noteworthy, it would be a significant loss if such developments become culturally barren, especially in Bukit Bendera, which boasts many unique features.
