Man who allegedly murdered mother remanded seven days


BALIK PULAU: The man suspected of murdering his mother in an apartment in Relau has been remanded for seven days.

George Town OCPD Asst Comm Razlam Ab Hamid said the 40-year-old was taken to the Balik Pulau Magistrate's Court at about 9am and remanded for seven days from Sunday (June 16) for investigation under Section 302 of Penal Code for murder.
