A. Siva Kumar, the incumbent assemblyman seeking re-election in the Andhra Pradesh state legislature, had gone to vote in Thenali city where he tried to cut in front of other voters in the queue.

His action did not sit well with one of the voters, who admonished him.

Angered, Siva Kumar slapped the man who returned the “favour” without hesitating.

Siva Kumar shocked supporters by attacking the voter and the police were called.
