King graces National Unity Ministry’s Aidifitri event


PUTRAJAYA: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, graced the National Unity Ministry’s ‘Majlis Sulaman Kasih Aidifitri’ here.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, his deputy Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof, several ministers and Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali also attended the Hari Raya Aidifitri gathering yesterday.

Themed ‘Unity Through Festivities’, the event was held to promote unity among the ministry’s staff members and that of the various departments and agencies, Bernama reported.

His Majesty and the Prime Minister spent about an hour at the gathering, which was held from noon to 2.30pm.
