A WOMAN and an owner of a kopitiam in Puchong got into a heated argument after the latter accused her of bringing her own water bottle into the premises rather than buying drinks from them, reported Sin Chew Daily.Video footage of the incident which circulated online showed a man yelling at a customer.

“Do you even have brains? How could you bring your own water bottle in here,” the man said in Cantonese loudly.

The customer later posted her account on Facebook and said she was enjoying a meal out with her husband and child.

She claimed that the kopitiam owner was furious after seeing a water bottle on their table and began yelling at them and tried to pick a fight with her husband.

“We were so shocked. My husband asked him: ‘We ordered three meals and it is fine if you would like us to order drinks as well. However, why are you behaving like this?’” she wrote.

Another woman, presumed to be the operator’s wife, reportedly stood in between them and pulled the angry man away.

Many Internet users slammed the operator for his behaviour and urged everyone to boycott the kopitiam.

>Major Chinese dailies reported that a motorcyclist had his last moment captured on video by none other than himself.

Mohammad Sharfie Sukri, 21, was riding on the East Coast Expressway as he live-streamed the journey from Selangor to Kuantan in Pahang to attend a gathering of motor riders in Pahang last Saturday.

At KM159.6 of the highway, a lorry grazed pass him in the slow lane and resulted in the sales promoter falling off the machine.

He died on the spot while the lorry driver was unhurt.

Police said Mohammad Sharfie, who was from Sabah, was travelling with several other motorcyclists to participate in the RXZ Fighter gathering.

The video, which captured his last moment, has gone viral on the Internet.

Netizens were puzzled as to why the lorry driver, who had been following behind Mohammad Sharfie, did not see him, although most of them agreed that it was wrong to not focus on the road as the clip shows that the biker was looking at the screen most of the time.
