Zaini Ujang returns as Higher Education Ministry sec-gen

PETALING JAYA: The Higher Education Ministry has appointed Datuk Seri Dr Zaini Ujang as its secretary-general for the second time.

The former Human Resources Ministry secretary-general previously held the portfolio in 2015.

He takes over from Datuk Seri Abdul Razak Jaafar, who served under the previous higher education minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
