Dr M arrives at 'Kepung Demi Palestin' protest


KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has arrived to join the "Kepung Demi Palestin" protest.

The former Prime Minister arrived at 8.56pm and was greeted by former PKR vice-president and protest spokesperson Chua Tian Chang.

The protest started on Dec 26, and saw protesters "occupy" the areas near the US embassy.

It was scheduled to end at midnight on New Year's Day.
