PETALING JAYA: The tender process for a project to instal barrier-free boom gates at all tolled highways will be carried out properly and transparently, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Prime Minister refuted reports that the project, called the multi-lane fast flow system (MLFF), would be awarded through a negotiated tender, in contrast with his administration’s preference for open tender for all government projects.
