Mat Sabu visits ‘The Star’

PETALING JAYA: Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu took time off his busy schedule to meet with the Star Media Group’s (SMG) top management yesterday.

Greeting him at Menara Star were SMG group chief executive officer Alex Yeow, chief business officer Lydia Wang and managing editor Brian Martin, among others.

Mohamad also visited The Star’s content section, where he was briefed on the team’s daily workflow for both print and online publications.

Later, Mohamad was hosted for tea, where there was an exchange of views on current affairs, especially on the ministry’s role in uplifting the country’s agricultural standards and ensuring food security.
