Court to decide on prosecution's appeal in Cradle Fund CEO murder case on Feb 8

KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal has set Feb 8 next year for the decision of the prosecution's appeal against the acquittal of Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers who were charged with murdering Cradle Fund chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan five years ago.

The court would also, on the same day, give its verdict over the trio’s appeal to challenge certain findings of facts by the High Court, including the findings that the fire which broke out in Nazrin's room was "done deliberately”.
