JOHOR BARU: The opening of a new shortcut connecting Jalan Stulang Darat to the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) here has helped reduce congestion in the area, says Johor Baru Mayor Datuk Mohd Noorazam Osman.
He said the Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) would provide signboards and put up road dividers to make it easier for road users to use the new shortcut.
