CJ assures impartiality in judiciary’s duties

KUALA LUMPUR: The judiciary will continue to perform all its functions without bias, fear or favour, says the Chief Justice.

Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat said it was important to recognise that while the Asean was characterised by different legal systems, the principles of adherence to the rule of law and promotion of good governance formed the essence of the region’s diverse legal landscape.
