Ops Tapis Khas: 4,509 individuals including civil servants and school students held for drug offences


KUALA LUMPUR: 4,509 individuals, including civil servants and school students, were arrested for drug-related offences in Ops Tapis Khas conducted across the country from Oct 10 to 12.

Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department (NCID) director Datuk Seri Mohd Kamarudin Md Din said police also seized 129.83kg and 492.26 litres of various types of drugs estimated to be worth RM1,707,346.
