KUALA LUMPUR: The electricity tariff for strata residences should be reviewed, particularly service apartments which are purely for residential use, said the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).
In its Budget 2024 wishlist, the institute hoped the government would look into the matter.
