KUALA LUMPUR: The originating summons (OS) filed by former attorney general Tan Sri Tommy Thomas against a special task force (STF) over his memoir has been ordered to be heard in a full trial by the High Court here.
Justice Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh said the nature of the claim made by the plaintiff, which involved defamation matters, cannot be resolved by way of affidavit evidence.
