Babagon Water Catchment preservation gets RM500,000 allocation

KOTA KINABALU: Conservation efforts of a water catchment area that contributes more than half of the Sabah capital’s water supply has received an RM500,000 allocation.

The funds are a result of the Letter of Intent signed between Forever Sabah Berhad (Forever Sabah), CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad (CIMB Islamic) and the communities of Babagon Water Catchment in Penampang on Saturday (Sept 16).
