IPOH: A robber who broke into a shop near the iconic leaning clock tower in Teluk Intan and hit a security guard there with an axe has been arrested.
Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Adnan Basri said the suspect, a 21-year-old undergraduate, was arrested at a condominium in Bukit Mertajam in Penang at 12.05pm on Tuesday (June 13).
