KOTA KINABALU: Developers are urged to comply with the required Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) guidelines if they want their project applications approved quickly, says Datuk Christina Liew.
The Sabah Tourism, Culture and Environment minister said the state took the issue of sustainable development very seriously, as seen in ongoing implementation of action plans for the State Policy on the Environment carried out in phases by various government agencies.
