KUALA LUMPUR: There will be no direct negotiations for flood mitigation projects, but the process will be fast-tracked given the urgent need to tackle flood issues, said the Prime Minister.

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also said that a limited tender was introduced for the projects, with its process and award to be fast-tracked.
