No-show at MACC lands Wan Saiful’s officer in court


KUALA LUMPUR: A research officer for former Bersatu information chief Datuk Wan Saiful Wan Jan has claimed trial at the Sessions Court here over his failure to show up at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to have his statement recorded in an investigation.

Mohamad Shafiq Abdul Halim (pic), 32, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read out before Sessions Court judge Suzana Hussin here yesterday.
