MIC targets ‘traditional seats’ in Penang


GEORGE TOWN: It is still early days before the coming state elections, but the MIC has gotten the ball rolling by asking to be allocated the two seats it traditionally contests in Penang.

“We are part of the present unity government, and so it is fair that we be allocated the Prai and Bagan Dalam seats,” said state MIC chairman Datuk J. Dhinagaran.
