Sabah has untapped potential for birdwatching, says Bangkuai

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah's rural areas hold great potential as birdwatching hotspots, with endangered species discovered in areas like Kiulu earlier this year.

State Assistant Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Joniston Bangkuai said this would open up new educational and economic possibilities for local communities.
