Court of Appeal dismisses Najib's appeal for discovery of documents on Zeti’s family, Jho Low

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in his bid to obtain documents relating to investment bank Goldman Sachs and Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz for his RM2.28bil 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) trial.

A three-judge panel, chaired by Justice Kamaluddin Md. Said, unanimously dismissed Najib's appeal on grounds that there was no appealable error by the High Court that could warrant appellate intervention.
