No ill-will between Perak Perikatan and BN, says Razman

IPOH: There are no harsh feelings between Perak Perikatan Nasional and Barisan Nasional, says state PAS commissioner Razman Zakaria (pic).

He said the party expects Umno to work with Pakatan Harapan, referring to speculation that a unity government in Perak was on the cards.

“It is their right to make a move that seems good to them. We have known for a while that Umno was heading in that direction.

Right now we want voters to see who (are really) fighting for the sake of Malays and Muslims in this country,” he told The Star when contacted on Monday (Nov 21).

Razman, who retained his Gunung Semanggol state seat in GE15, added that Perak Perikatan has no plans to meet anyone on Monday.

“No meetings or discussions are being held with (Barisan or anyone else) for now. We are waiting for party instructions,” he added.
