KOTA KINABALU: A candidate for the Kota Kinabalu parliamentary seat has lodged a police report against a man for allegedly acting rudely during a recent walkabout programme on the 15th General Election (GE15) campaign trail.
Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Malaysia (KDM) candidate Datuk Winston Liaw said he had gone for a walkabout at the Hilltop commercial centre near here on the afternoon of Nov 6.
