Uggah: Upcoming laws will transform Sarawak native courts for great recognition of native customs


KUCHING: Native courts in Sarawak will be transformed to provide greater preservation and recognition of native customs, says Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah.

He said the state government had initiated a study to restructure and elevate native courts to become an independent judicial institution worthy of public trust.
