ACTRESS Nora Danish is unfazed by netizens’ constant criticisms of her dressing being “too sexy”.

The 40-year-old said she never lashed out at these commenters because she felt they had the right to express their opinions, Utusan Malaysia reported.

“I don’t like fighting with these netizens because they have the right to say anything.

“At the same time, I am a celebrity involved in an industry that is closely linked to the community, especially the fans.

“Personally, I try not to dress too sexily. But sometimes I go according to my instincts. When I wear it, I don’t think it’s sexy but other people may feel otherwise,” she said.

The actress, however, said the comments and criticisms by social media users did many times make her think about her dressing before choosing what style to wear.

> Poor internet connection has forced some university students in Baling, Kedah, to burn the midnight oil when the speed is faster.

Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah International Islamic University student Nurfaqihah Izhar, 19, said she also had to study outside her home because the Internet network installed in Kampung Paya Menora, Kuala Ketil, for the past five years was too weak, Kosmo! reported.

Other alternatives of studying were staying at a friend’s house in town or returning to the hostel even during the holidays just to get a faster Internet connection.

“I feel embarrassed to face my lecturers because I am often late in sending my assignments or answers every time online exams take place when I am in the village.

“I am, however, grateful that most of my instructors understand the problem,” Nurfaqihah said.

She added that for the past five years, the Internet connection would worsen when it rained.

The Islamic Studies foundation student hopes that the authorities will be able to install high-capacity broadband cables in her village to enable her to access online learning conducted by her university.
