A MOTHER in Taipei, who was worried about her son’s poor performance in his studies, discovered that he may just be greatly talented in art, China Press reported.
She shared her son’s impressive drawings on Facebook, sparking an overwhelmingly positive response.
The mother told of how she went through her son’s books in his schoolbag, hoping to find out why he had been doing badly in his studies.
To her surprise, she said she found a drawing that depicted an ancient battle involving “thousands of soldiers and tens of thousands of horses.”
Facebook users heaped praises on her son’s work, saying that the drawing showed that he had immense patience in crafting the masterpiece.
“This child should become a military adviser and possibly the next Zhuge Liang,” one said, referring to the Chinese militarist of yore.
Another person commented that the boy should not be studying mathematics but rather Sun Tzu’s classic The Art of War.
> Sin Chew Daily reported that Hong Kong actress Michelle Reis, who battled with poor health earlier this year, appeared to be in great shape now.
The former Miss Hong Kong, who turned 52 on June 20, shared pictures of herself in a bikini on a yacht.
“It’s just my thing, long summer nights,” she said.
The images captured much attention from her Instagram followers. Even actor Donnie Yen’s wife Cissy Wang praised Reis for her youthful look.
