PETALING JAYA: It is unfair to blame Umno for Muafakat Nasional (MN) being "on its last legs" as it was PAS' refusal to cooperate that led to this situation, says Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.
The Umno deputy president said this happened after its MN partner decided to go with Perikatan Nasional (PN) in November's Melaka state election.
