PUTRAJAYA: In recognition of the sacrifices made by the veterans of the armed forces, Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said there will be announcements by the Defence Ministry on new welfare initiatives.
Hishammuddin said discussions on allocations for the welfare initiatives are underway, add- ing that it would be ann- ounced once the details are ironed out.
