JOHOR BARU: Landfill operators in Johor have been reminded to be more vigilant to prevent irresponsible individuals from trespassing into their facilities to scavenge and set fire to materials.
State Fire and Rescue Department director Datuk Yahaya Madis said open burning at landfills was a problem for his men, adding that it took weeks to extinguish a fire.
