KUALA LUMPUR: Negri Sembilan, Melaka and Perlis have been listed by the Town and Country Planning Department as having the country’s happiest districts, scoring 80% in the 2021 Happiness Index study for cities.
Also scoring 80% were 80 of 114 local authorities in the peninsula and Sabah based on several aspects such as environmental hygiene, solid waste management and garbage collection.
