PETALING JAYA: The home vaccination drive for the elderly to get their Covid-19 booster shot may moderately increase vaccine booster uptake but the involvement and support of the community is vital to get more people to get their booster jabs, says health experts.

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia health economics, hospital and health management Prof Dr Sharifa Ezat Wan Puteh said it was important for family and community members to take the initiative to aid the elderly in getting their booster shot as they may have disabilities, health issues or other restraints.
