JOHOR BARU: The reopening of land borders between Malaysia and Singapore will help stabilise rental rates of properties here, say property developers.

Rental fees are expected to return to what they were before the pandemic hit the country, said Seri Alam Properties Sdn Bhd deputy general manager Law Teck Seng.
