PETALING JAYA: Sexual harassment cases in Malaysia are currently dealt with under the Penal Code, Employment Act or Communications and Multimedia Act.
There is also a way for victims to seek a civil remedy in the courts as seen in the 2016 landmark Federal Court case of Mohd Ridzwan Abdul Razak v Asmah Mohd Nor.
