Singapore in discussion with Malaysia to expand VTL-Land to private vehicles


SINGAPORE (Bernama): Singapore is currently in discussions with Malaysia on expanding the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) land arrangement for private vehicles and coaches, says Gan Kim Yong, the co-chair of the island republic’s Multi Ministry Taskforce (MTF) on Covid-19.

At present no private vehicles are allowed to travel over land between the two countries except for public buses.
