KUALA LUMPUR: Labuan MP Datuk Rozman Isli has filed an application to strike out the charge of using his position to secure a contract for a company linked to his family members. He filed the application on Monday through Messrs Law Practice of Rafique by naming the public prosecutor as the respondent.
The media obtained the notice of application submitted by Rozman’s lawyer Muhammad Rafique Rashid Ali, after the case management before Sessions Court Judge Rozina Ayob yesterday.
