JOHOR BARU: MCA candidates for the Johor election will need to be digitally savvy to be able to engage with voters, says Johor MCA election director Datuk Lim Pay Hen (pic).
He said candidates would also need to have their own IT teams to constantly update voters on their messages and activities on social media.
