Johor polls: I could have left sooner but didn't want Johor govt to collapse, says Mazlan Bujang

JOHOR BARU: Mazlan Bujang has defended his move to leave Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu), saying that he could have pressed the button to dissolve the state assembly earlier but decided to maintain stability.

The former state executive councillor and Puteri Wangsa assemblyman said he could have left the party long ago but decided to stick with Bersatu as he did not want to be the reason for the state assembly to be dissolved.
