PETALING JAYA: Nearly 11,000 summonses were issued to motorists for speeding in Selangor during the first four days of Ops Selamat in conjunction with Chinese New Year.
Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed said 1,420 accidents were also recorded during this period.
