SHAH ALAM: A religious school teacher has been ordered by the High Court here to enter his defence to a charge of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student, four years ago.Judicial Commissioner Hasbullah Adam also ordered Mohamad Ajmal Mohamed Khairi, 26, to enter his defence at the Ampang Sessions Court at 2pm yesterday.
Hasbullah made the decision after examining the records of the appeal by the prosecution and after having carefully considered the written submissions by both parties.
