Teacher sole M’sian winner of award

GEORGE TOWN: A teacher in a rural primary school of 250 pupils has done the country proud by being the sole Malaysian winner of this year’s Google Innovator Academy’s certified coaching award.

Premalatha Selvaraj, 37, teaches mathematics and information and communications technology (ICT) at SJK(T) Ladang Krian but her passion for teaching and learning does not end there.
