A TRAFFIC policeman who was seen in a viral video going down into a storm drain in Penampang, Sabah, to remove debris from the water pipes was rewarded with a certificate of appreciation, recognising his good deed, Sin Chew Daily reported.
Penampang OCPD DSP Mohd Haris Ibrahim presented the certificate to Kpl Shah Erman at the Penampang police station on Thursday.
