TELUK INTAN: A motorcycle accessory manufacturing and assembling factory was fined RM13,000 at the Teluk Intan Sessions Court after a worker lost two fingers while using a machine at work.
The Perak Occupational Safety and Health Department said CJM Industries Sdn Bhd, represented by its managing director as the employer, pleaded guilty after the charge was read before judge Intan Nurul Farena Zainal Abidin.
