Archives team deployed to salvage records


SHAH ALAM: The National Archives has mobilised its records disaster recovery team nationwide to help various departments and government-linked companies (GLCs) salvage records contained in some 10 million documents submerged in the recent floods.

The National Archives, which comes under the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry, has deployed its Records Disaster Recovery Team to help relevant quarters retrieve documents that were submerged in the floods, said ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Noor Zari Hamat.
