DENGKIL: K. Maniam Rajoo may be limited in his movement after an accident three years ago, but that has not stopped him from moving several vehicles stranded by the floods here with his free towing service.

The 46-year-old father of three has so far towed 20 cars and 15 motorcycles to workshops in Bangi and around the Dengkil area for repairs.
