KOTA KINABALU: When bank officer Cheryl Ellron moved with her British husband to the United Kingdom last year, one of the biggest challenges she faced was finding Malaysian food to satisfy her Sabahan taste buds.
The native Murut mother of two from Keningau felt that unlike the Thai, Chinese and Indian cuisines there, Malaysian food and culture were relatively undiscovered in the UK.
