KUALA LUMPUR: Statements recorded from property tycoon Datuk Ewe Swee Kheng before his death two months ago have been allowed to be admitted as evidence in the corruption trial of former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng.
Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi granted an application by deputy public prosecutor Wan Shahruddin Wan Ladin for the statements of the Ewein Bhd founder and executive chairman to be marked as trial exhibits.
