Umno seeks stay of proceedings in SRC suit

KUALA LUMPUR: Umno has filed an application for a stay of proceedings in a suit against it by SRC International Sdn Bhd for allegedly receiving a misappropriated sum of RM16mil from the company.

Umno as the defendant filed the application with an affidavit of support through Messrs Shahrul Hamidi & Hamidi in the High Court here on Nov 24.
